Refund Policy
Refunds are issued by CommodityFace only when
  • The order was cancelled by the Customer or CommodityFace.
  • If the client is not satisfied with the services with respect to the commitment made at CommodityFace.

You can refund your services within 3 working days of available service between 11 am to 5 pm as by cancelling your order over phone at our customer care number 8470074999 within the mentioned timeline.

If your service is cancelled, then you will get an acknowledgement via SMS to your registered mobile number. If you have received a SMS from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with the financial organisation for the same. Sometimes financial organisations and banks take longer than the promised time to process the refund request internally. If this is the case, then you can kindly follow up with us. We will process your refund after confirmation regarding the cancelation of service by CommodityFace or by our executives. 

          You will get a message and then after 3 working days your money would be refunded. The refunds on CommodityFace are based on the mode of payment used to place the order initially. Below are the refund modes initiated by us for various payment options:

  • BY CHEQUE: The organisation will provide the customer with the same amount of money deposit to be refunded in the same account number with same name through which the transaction was done previously.
  • BY NEFT: The organisation will refund the same amount to the customer through NEFT, for that the customer needs to provide the bank details with IFSC Code.


If there is any mistake in the cheque than you should intimate us about it by getting in touch with us over phone at our customer care number 8470074999. Alternatively, you can also send a message in the concerned mobile number. Within a maximum of 3 working days of our receiving your intimation, we will despatch you a fresh cheque in favour of the name as per your 'billing name' in the order placed by you with us. All products on CommodityFace are eligible for refund except the following:

*MVM Realtime services.

*After the time of refund is over we don’t provide any refund services.

*The particular service mentions by the customer will only be deactivated not all the service
